• Partner with leaders to co-design solutions and deliver critical streams of work which drive strategic change
• Take day to day responsibility for project outcomes and lead a small team of consultants
• Lead a range of activities, such as facilitating workshops and designing and implementing strategies and plans
• Build and manage trusted relationships with your clients to ensure exceptional and efficient delivery 
• Bring your own diverse perspectives and experiences to a team that truly values them

• You’ve worked on large and/or complex projects. Ideally, you have 6+ years of experience in management consulting and/or change management
  
• You have managed teams and helped those team members to learn and grow
• You're clear, confident and credible, with great communication and relationship building skills 
• You’re proficient in manipulating and analysing data to drive commercial insights and outcomes
• You can navigate the ambiguity that is part and parcel of our profession
• You have experience in leading change related to the implementation of enterprise-wide transformation and/or technology programs
